1 and 3 seem very similar. I think if we create 1, 3 will happen organically1. Resonates: offices for cultural organizations, creating a hub, agree with the pdf it will be exclusive of someone who doesn’t get an office just by the nature of limited space.2. Most aligned with my personal vision for the space. Fills a huge need in malden for a first class, diverse performance space.3. Love the experimental nature of this one. Non profits won’t be able to pay market rate rents and without the performance focus how will it sustain itself?

I don't have anything very specific at this time, sorry! But I do agree with the point about A not being as flexible for multi-purpose use compared to the other options.

I also think there's some use like - Technical workshop space, building space, prop and costume storage that would bring it back toward an arts building
